We have been drinking the green drink now for about 10 weeks
As I said before my hand is not so stiff in the morning and that continues
I have not been sick at all since starting the drink
I seem to have less stomach upsets
my hair seems healthier
I feel tired today but most days am fine
Even with only a few hours sleep I seem to get through the day with high energy
I continue to teach belly dancing at the senior center and that is fun and high energy
I am starting to do pull ups on the bar in the bedroom door every day - a beginning of improving my physicial condition
I have come to grips more with my anger at Mom no longer being a supporting mother but someone who is dependent upon me. She is doing well and so am I
